Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Chally account at any time, directly within the app. Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to complete the deletion.

Data Removed Upon Deletion

The following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers:

• Account credentials and profile (email, password, linked social accounts, nickname)
• All challenge records, reset history, diary entries, and milestone data
• AI report data and analysis history
• Challenge room membership and participation records
• Notification settings, alarm history, and block list

Community posts and comments you have written will remain visible but will no longer be associated with your account — the author will be displayed as "Withdrawn User".

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by email. Please include your registered email address or nickname.
